Care About Me provides the crucial support residents need to thrive and seek out the help they need. With our innovative eReferral system, you can easily connect a resident with our team of specialists, who will review the referral, contact them directly, complete the necessary screenings and coordinate appropriate appointments for services.

How to Refer a Resident?

Care About Me serves Pinellas County residents of all ages presenting all intensities of mental health, addiction, or co-occurring issues, including those in the early state of mental health or substance use or the highest acuity individuals.

There are three main ways you can refer a resident to Care About me, but please remember, if your client is experiencing a mental health emergency, call 911. If they are experiencing suicidal thoughts or need emotional support, call the 988 suicide and crisis lifeline.

The team at Care About Me is constantly seeking new collaborations. We're looking for partners who can help engage and refer residents, as well as trusted medical professionals we can connect residents with. Specifically, we're looking for school guidance counselors, police officers, first responders, primary care physicians, therapists, and licensed counselors.
